Account Withdrawal wizard; may crash with an "Unhandled exception caught" during Commit

The Account Withdrawal wizard may crash with an "Unhandled exception caught. Primary Key does not exist in collection." during a Commit.

This occurs if the Withdrawal is being paid via a Disbursement to a Dealer, Broker etc.

Note, this issue was introduced in version 3.0.0.
