Log Summary Page; added block for Credit Bureau Monitoring and Electronic Signatures

In Log Summary Pages a new block has been added for Credit Bureau Monitoring and Electronic Signatures.

This block gives a brief overview of the item and a link to open the Report. Note, this was already implemented for Credit Enquiries and Bank Account Enquiries.

The following Standard Summary Blocks have been updated:

"Log_Summary" updated to version 1.05 on 17/08/2016.
"WorkflowItem_Supplemental" updated to version 1.03 on 17/08/2016.
