Account Payment Arrangements; Two or more "Additional" Payments on same day are not processed correctly

If a Payment Arrangement for an Account paid by Direct Debit is added with two or more "Additional" Payments on the same day, only the last Payment is flagged as being processed. However, one combined Payment Due transaction is added to the Account, with the total value set to be Direct Debited.

This means an "Additional" Payment can be processed more than once, if it is not the last one listed for the day.

This has been changed so "Additional" Payments dated on the same day are not combined.
