Global Settings, Accounts group, General page; update "Next Batch Id" label

Under Global Settings, Accounts group, General page, the heading label for "Next Batch Id" has been updated from "Define Next Batch Id or Batch Id default format." to "Define Next Transaction Batch Id.".
