Credit Enquiry; ABN Lookup; Trading Names retiring

The Australian ABN Lookup service is retiring Trading Names. For more information see http://abr.business.gov.au/Documentation/UserGuideWebServices.aspx and http://abr.business.gov.au/Glossary.aspx

This means the "ABN Lookup" Credit Enquiry service no longer shows Trading Names and the "TradingName" flag in the request has been obsoleted and is no longer sent.
