Documents; "Loan Declaration of Purpose (NZ CCCFA)" has been updated to a "Word Document" file type

The "Loan Declaration of Purpose (NZ CCCFA)" Document supplied with finPOWER Connect is now a "Word Document" rather than a "Word VBA" file type.

What this means is:

• "Loan_DeclarationOfPurpose_NZCCCFA.dot" Word file has been removed from the installation of finPOWER Connect.
• The following files are now supplied:
• "Loan_DeclarationOfPurpose_NZCCCFA.docx"
• "Loan_DeclarationOfPurpose_NZCCCFA.xml"
• There is no longer any requirement for Microsoft Word to be installed on the PC publishing this document.
• By default a PDF file is created instead of a Word file.

To set up the "Loan_DeclarationOfPurpose_NZCCCFA" Document in finPOWER Connect:

1. From the Admin menu, select Documents.
2. Select the "Import" action.
3. Locate the /Templates/Loan_DeclarationOfPurpose_NZCCCFA.xml
4. Save the new Document record.

NOTE: The New Company wizard has been updated to use the above mechanism to configure the "LDP" Document.
