Time Zones; finPOWER Connect may fail with "An unhandled exception has occurred" error

If a User changes their Time Zone preference to a newer Windows Time Zone, e.g. (UTC+02:00) Gaza, Hebron, then attempts to open that database on an older Windows computer (that does not include that Time Zone) finPOWER Connect may error with "An unhandled exception has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".
