Account Status Page; Credit Limit block should not show on Summary Page if the Account is Closed

The Credit Limit block on the Account form, Status page should not show unless the Account is Open.

Note, the Credit Limit is still displayed on the Financial Page.

The following built-in Summary Page have been updated:

"SummaryPage2_Account_Status" updated to version 2.07 on 26/07/2016.
