Credit Enquiry; VedaXML AU, Phone numbers may append the country code incorrectly

VedaXML Australia Credit Enquiry services may append the country code incorrectly.

For Australia, country code 61, if the area code is 02, 03, 07, 08 the number is treated as a landline.
For New Zealand, country code 64, if the area code is 03, 04, 06, 07, 09 the number is treated as a landline.

Anything else is treated as a mobile number where the area code is empty.
