Account Transaction Adjustments; if only Contractual Overdue changed the Account is not correctly updated
Account Transaction Allocation Adjustment wizard. If only the Contractual Overdue value is changed, the Account's Contractual Overdue Balance is not correctly updated.
This means the "denormalised" Contractual Overdue Balance field on the Account will not reflect the total of Account Transactions.
To correct this issue you should run the Tools, Database, Reset Accounts wizard. Checking the "Update the values on the Account record?" will fix the database - otherwise uncheck to test whether this issue affects any of your Accounts.
