Australian PPSR B2G Interface; Discharging a Security Item may fail with an error regarding "Change number" not matching
Discharging a Security Item in the Australian PPSR B2G Interface may fail with "Failed to Discharge Collateral Item. PPSR Discharge Collateral Item request failed. Sender: Change number does not match with the change number associated with the provided registration number.".
This occurs if the Registration has been updated externally from finPOWER Connect. This can include changes to the Secured Party Group service details.
A change has been made so that the Registration Change Number is first retrieved from the PPSR and this is sent with the Discharge request - instead of the one that is stored on the Security Item.
