MotorWeb; stop using ExecuteGetVehicleReportPdf - used to retrieve PDF version of the Vehicle Report

MotorWeb is no longer updating the PDF version of the Vehicle Report - therefore this function has been retired within finPOWER Connect.

On the Security Enquiry wizard, the HTML page now includes standard "Save as a PDF document" and "Email as a PDF document" buttons, instead of the purpose built "View as PDF" button - which used this functionality.

Note, the existing Business Layer functionality has been retained but obsoleted. Therefore, you should stop using ExecuteGetVehicleReportPdf and GetVIRPdfFromServiceLog.
