Import/ Export Information wizards; Export Parameters now included with file and displayed upon Import

When exporting information using the Export Information wizard, a new "parameters" attribute is written in the export file.

This contains a description of the parameters specified when generating the export.

The Import Information wizard displays these parameters to the User before importing.
