Scripting; userInterface.CommonDialog.GetInputNumber gives compile error

Attempting to use the userInterface.CommonDialog.GetInputNumber method in User Interface Scripts or Page Sets gave a compile error if the Enum iseNumberSpecialType was used.

The Enum relied on a reference to ISControls3 which has now been added for Scripts requiring the User Interface.
