Documents; Republish does not update Document File Name on Log
Performing a Log republish either via the Publish Documents wizard or from the 'Republish' action on Log forms did not call the 'ExecutePublishCommit' method of finLogPublishItems business layer object.
The meant that a Republish did not update the Document File Name or other Log information.
NOTE: This is a change in behavior but does not result in Log Fees being charged more than once.
