Documents; "GenerateMessage" event when called from Account Type Rules did not allow overriding Document recipients

When the "GenerateMessage" event of a Document Script is called, the Script can opt to override Email and SMS recipients by setting one of the following Return Values:

• Phone
• To
• CC
• BCC

This worked correctly when the Document was generated from a Workflow but not when the same Document was generated from an Account Type Rule.
