Summary Page Version 2; Currency column scaling changed

Currency columns in Version 2 Summary Pages have been tweaked so that the specified width in characters is scaled slightly differently.

Previously, if you set the WidthChars property of a column to, say 12, it was only generating a width that would accomodate 9 characters.

Even thouth the WidthChars property is just intended to be a rough estimate, Currency columns now scale to 10% wider.
