Workflows; Workflow Actions wizard; Updated to support Time Zones

The Workflow Actions wizard has been updated to add Time Zone support.

The following pages have been updated:

• Log
• Log Date and Action Date can now have a Time Zone entered.
• NOTE: This page is also used when actioning a Log-type Workflow item.
• Incoming Communication
• Date and Action Date can now have a Time Zone entered.
• Outgoing Communication
• Date and Action Date can now have a Time Zone entered.
• SMS Fee
• Action Date can now have a Time Zone entered.
• Email Fee
• Action Date can now have a Time Zone entered.
• Document
• Action Date can now have a Time Zone entered.
