Account Types; new "Credit Type" property added

A new "Credit Type" property has been added to Account Types.

This is found on the Account Type, General page. In addition the "Is this a Credit Sale?" has been moved from the Other page to alongside this new field.

Note, this field will eventually be used in the Credit Reporting Add-On.
