Account Applications; not checking Account App documents needing publishing on Shutdown

Account Application logs were not being checked upon closing the finPOWER Connect database to see if any required publishing.

The User Preferences, Tasks & Workflows, Start Up/Shut Down page has a setting to "Show a warning if there are Documents waiting to be published?".
