GreenId Credit Enquiry; Could not uncheck Driver's Licence checks

On the Credit Enquiry wizard for the GreenId service, Background Checks (Australia), you could not uncheck both the DVS and non-DVS Drivers Licence checks - one of them always remained checked.

This has been updated so that both options can be unchecked.
