Log Publish wizard updated for Time Zone support

The Log Publish wizard has been updated for Time Zone support.

The following breaking business layer changes have been made to the finLogPublishItems object:

• LogPublishOnUtcDateOnOrBefore property added
• LogPublishedUtcDateFrom property added
• LogPublishedUtcDateTo property added
• LogTimeZone property added

The following parameters included in the collection returned from the CreateParametersForPublish/ Refresh methods have been removed and the properties listed above must be used instead:

• DateAsAt
• DateRange (used for Republish)

In the Log Publish wizard, the 'Document dated on/before' date now includes a time zone (if the database is configured to support time zones) and is located on the first page of the wizard. The sample applies for the from/ to dates for a rebublish.
