Rate Tables; an option to specify a "Rate Format" has been added

Add new option "Rate Format" has been added to Rate Tables.

This allows the Rate to be defined as either:

• Percent; a percentage value of up to 4 decimal places.
• Currency
• Rate0; a Rate with no decimal places.
• Rate2; a Rate with up to 2 decimal places.
• Rate4; a Rate with up to 4 decimal places.

Note, this format does not do anything special within finPOWER Connect, so you must be careful how and where you use it.
