Client Statistics; ClientStatisticSet now has a "Status" property

Client Statistics now has a "Status" property and includes a new Cancelled state.

Changes to the User Interface include:

• The Statistic Set wizard now has an option to Cancel the Statistic Set on the Approval page.
• The Client Statistics Page has Verify, Approve, Reject and Cancel buttons below the grid.
• The Client Statistics Summary Page has been updated.

The following Permission Key has been added.

• Client.StatisticsSets.Cancel

The following standard Summary Page blocks have been updated:

• "ClientStatisticsSet_Summary" has been updated to version 1.02 on 8/04/2016.
• "ClientStatisticsSet_StatisticsSub" has been updated to version 1.03 on 8/04/2016.
• "ClientStatisticsSet_VerificationAndApproval" has been updated to version 1.01on 8/04/2016.

The Business Layer has been updated to include IsOpen, IsCancelled, and IsRejected functions..
