Document Publishing; Publishing is now handled from the business layer where possible

Document Publishing (via the finLogPublishItems business layer object and the Publish Documents wizard) previously simply raised an event that the User Interface used to handle publishing, e.g., sending an Email.

This was partially changed with the addition of the "UnattendedPublish" flag that was added in version 2.

The functionality of this flag has now changed in that an Unattended Publish (i.e., one that does not rely on the User Interface) will always be performed where possible.

The flag is now used to simply force Emails to publish via the business layer (via SMTP), regardless of whether the Log details that they should be Opened for Edit or Saved as Draft.

The following Document File Types are the only ones that cannot be totally published from the business layer:

• Excel VBA
• Word VBA
