Client Statistics Summary Page; not applying percentages to Income and Asset totals.

The Client Statistics Summary Page was not applying the Client Group percentages to the Available Income and Available Assets totals.

In addition the following changes have been made:

• "Available Income" and "Available Assets" are now bolded.
• The note explaining the "Available" calculation is now shown in small text rather than using a popup note.
• The Financial heading now includes the frequency. This helps make it stand out more.

The following built-in Summary Page has been updated:

"SummaryPage2_ClientStatisticsSets_StatisticsSummary", version 2.01 on 04/04/2016.
