Documents; Publishing Client Documents from Report Explorer now allows an Entities range to be specified

Unlike Account Documents published from the Report Explorer, Client Documents did not allow a range of Entities to be specified to filter the Clients by.

This is implemented via method in the business layer finDocumentFunctions class and therefore any existing Client Documents using the Standard Parameters and SQL functionality will automatically adopt this new functionality.
