Documents; Lodgements; New Document Type

Previously, Lodgement Documents (used on Bank Account Export Services) were identified as an "Object" type Document with an "Object" of "Lodgements".

This has been changed so that a new "Lodgement" Document Type has been added.

When upgrading a database to version 3.00, existing Lodgement Documents will have their Document Type changed and the Object property cleared.
