Account Applications; New Account Application Script events added to handle Monitor Category changes

The following events can now be used in the Account Application Type Script:

• MonitorCategoryChange_ExecuteCommitPre
• MonitorCategoryChange_ExecuteCommitPost

This are called during the commital of an Account Application's Monitor Category change. Both events occur outside of the main Database Transaction and are documented in the finPOWER Connect 3 Account Applications document.
