Account Applications; add Monitor Category functionality
Account Applications now include Monitor Category functionality, to complement Account Monitor Categories. These work in a very similar way to existing Account Monitor Category functions.
Note, they both use the same 3 Category Types, i.e. A, B and C, and underlying Admin library "Monitor Category".
Global Settings now defines whether Account Applications use Monitor Categories. Under Global Settings, Account Applications group, General page you may define whether each Monitor Category is used, e.g. you may not want to use the "Overdue" Monitor Category for Account Applications. Note, the Description remains the same between Accounts and Applications.
The Monitor Category Admin library now includes options to "Allow Accounts?" and "Allow Account Applications?". This means you can have Monitor Categories that are only valid for one of Accounts and Account Applications.
