Monitor Category filters; New standard ranges added to distinguish between Account and Account Application Monitor Categories

The following standard ranges have been added to cater for Monitor Categories now being applicable to Accounts and/ or Account Applications:

These are available for use within Parameter Sets and Page Sets and are also used in reports.

The following Account queries and reports have been updated to use these Standard Ranges (this prevents the range lookups from showing Monitor Categories that are applicable to Account Applications but not Accounts):
