Account History Items; new method added to load a separate History Item

A new method has been added to the finPOWER Connect Business Layer to load a single History Item for an Account.

The new function "GetHistoryItemByAccountHistoryPk" has been added to the finAccount object. It returns a finAccountHistoryItem object as a ByRef parameter
