Task Manager; Workflows and Account Application folders; Grids now display Monitor Category details for Account Applications

Workflow and Account Application grids on the Task Manager form will now display Monitor Category details for Account Applications as per Accounts.

The Workflow Summary for Account Applications has been updated to include Monitor Category details as per the Account information.

The buttons below the Workflow and Account Applications grids to change the Monitor Categories now also function for Account Application type Workflows.

NOTE: The various "AccountMonitorCategory" properties on the finTaskManagerWorkflow business layer object now also relate to Account Applications despite being named for Accounts.
