Task Manager; Folders; New Account Application Monitor Category filters

New Task Manager folder filters have been added for "Account Application" folders to allow them to be filtered based on the Account Application's Monitor Category.

A "Monitored" folder and sub-folders have also been added under the system "Account Applications" folder.
