Report Entity Default Range; Does not work correctly if User's Default Range for Entities is blank

Reports include a User Preference to define a Default Range for Entities. The Report Range will initially be shown as "[Default]" and the User's default range is substituted and used.

However, if the Entity Range is blank no Accounts, Clients etc. will be included in the Report.
