Summary Pages; Version 2; New 'CheckBox' HTML Template
A new 'CheckBox' template can now be used in Version 2 Summary Pages.
This takes the form "CheckBox|Value|Caption" (in double curly braces), e.g., "CheckBox|True|This is a checked box".
A new AddCheckBox method has been added to the ISSummaryTableRows class to allow this to be added easily from Summary Table.
