Publishing Documents; SMS Document fails with an Unhandled Exception error
Publishing SMS Documents from the Publish Documents wizard may fail with an Unhandled Exception error "Argument 'Length' must be greater or equal to zero.".
This occurs for any of the "TxTStream" SMS Services where the "Code" plus "Name" information is longer than 50 characters.
