Account Applications; Accept/ Decline wizard; Shows "There is no Statistics Set for this Client." warning

When running the Account Application Accept/ Decline wizard, the Warnings grid may show a "There is no Statistics Set for this Client." warning and also display no Client Name in the grid.

This was due to the Warnings Script calling a finClient.Refresh() method which cleared the Client since it was unsaved.

The finClient.Refresh() method has been updated to do nothing if the Client is an in-memory Client generated from an Account Application Applicant.
