Account form, Accounting Ledgers page; Summary page updated to Summary Page 2

The standard Accounting Ledgers Summary Page has been updated to a Summary Page version 2 script.

The following built-in Summary Page scripts have been updated:

Removed "SummaryPage_AccountAccountingLedgers_AccountingLedgersSummary".
Added "SummaryPage2_AccountAccountingLedgers_AccountingLedgersSummary".

The following Standard Blocks have been added:

"Account_AccountingLedgers_Summary", version 1.00 on 24/02/2016.
"Account_AccountingLedgers_SummaryItem", version 1.00 on 23/02/2016.
"Account_AccountingLedgers_GeneralLedger", version 1.00 on 25/02/2016.
"Account_AccountingLedgers_Journals", version 1.00 on 23/02/2016.
