Workflows; Version 2; When completing an Item Group that has 'Auto-Action' items, the next Item Group does not start processing, even if it's first Item is Automatic

When an Item Group that has 'Auto-Action' items is completed (automatically), the next Item Group does not start processing, even if it's first Item is Automatic. Instead, the Workflow must be re-processed.
