Workflow Item Summary Page; View Decision Outcome button does not open the correct Decision Outcome
A Decision Card workflow item's Summary Page "View Decision Outcome" button does not open the correct Decision Outcome. Clicking this button shows an Outcome that says there are "No decision outcome items for this scorecard"
