Account Applications; New "FinaliseAccount" event added so Script can make last-minute changes to an Account or related objects

A new "FinaliseAccount" event is available to Account Application Type Scripts.

This event allows the Script to make any last-minute changes to the Account or it's related Security Statement, e.g., to update a Security Statement Item's Insurance Renewal Date to match the Account's Maturity Date which may not have been available when first creating the Security Statement.

This event is called whenever an Account is created for an Account Application and is the last thing to occur after all other events such as UpdateAccount, UpdateClient etc.

NOTE: This event must not save any objects.
