Client Statistics Set wizard; added Category

A new General page has been added as the first page of the Client Statistics Set wizard. This page displays the following existing fields moved from the last page of the wizard:

• Date As At
• Expires
• Notes

In addition a new field "Category" has been added - it is a 50 character value and uses an Information List. This allows you to record an additional value against the Statistics Set. The new Information List is "StatisticsSetCategory".

The built-in Client Statistics Set Summary Page has been updated to show the Category.

In addition, Statistics Sets created from an Account Application include a new "Source" field that can be used to determine the source of the Statistics Set, i.e. either entered on the Client or via an Account Application.
