Date, Number and Database controls; when dropdown is open Tab now moves to the next control

The Date, Number and Database controls include a dropdown showing a Calendar, Calculator and List respectively. When these were open, pressing Tab on the keyboard did nothing or list to the next item on the list.

This behaviour has changed so that pressing Tab (or Shift+Tab) moves to the Next (or Previous) control. In additional the date, value or item is selected and updated.
