Quick Search; Admin Libraries; Inactive records are de-prioritised in search results

When performing a Quick Search, Admin Library records such as Scripts will be prioritised slightly lower in the record is inactive.

This means that if several Scripts have a code or description starting with 'Test', the inactive ones are likely to appear lower on the search results than the active ones.

Also, the Quick Search summary will now show an "Active" row with a cross against it for inactive records to highlight their inactive status.
