Summary Page (version 2) styles updated

Summary Page (version 2) styles have been updated.

Many of the changes are for better functionality with the Web, e.g., if a Summary Page is retrieved via a Web Service or displayed in the (upcoming) Web version of finPOWER Connect.

Another reason is that touch devices are becoming more common, e.g., running finPOWER Connect on a Microsoft Surface without a keyboard attached. On these devices, there is no concept of a "mouse-over" style, therefore elements that can be clicked should be more clearly defined and not rely on a mouse-over style.

Some of the changes include:

• Response styles, e.g., 2-column pages will show all blocks stacked when the screen is narrow (e.g., when displaying 2 Client forms side-by-side).
• Actions below summary tables now appear as a type of button rather than just a simple hyperlink.
• All hyperlinks generally show a faint underline and a hover style to make it clearer which elements on a Summary Page are clickable.

NOTE: Certain styles such as fonts and font sizes may still be varied on the Web versions to better fit in with each User Interface.
