Account Types; Rules; Publishing a Document immediately will attempt to use SMTP even if not configured

If an Account Type Rule is set to publish an Email or SMS Document immediately, an "Unattended" publish would be attempted even if SMTP or SMS details were not configured in the database.

This behaviour has been changed so that an unattended publish will only occur if SMTP/ SMS is configured AND, in the case of Email Documents, the Account Log being published has a message target of "Send".
