Bank Import; better messages upon successful import when using a script

Under Transactions, Bank Import, where a script is used, e.g. to automatically reverse transactions, a better message is now shown to the user.

Previously, if all Transactions are handled by the script an error message is displayed to the user noting "Failed to import bank transactions. No transactions were imported.".

Now, if all Transactions were handled internally the message is:

Do you want to open the imported Bank Batch '[BatchId]' now?

If some transactions were handled internally and some via a script the message is:

385 records wer read.
199 records were imported.
117 records were handled by a script.
