ISWordDocument.UpdateBookmarks may fail with a "Content positions need to belong to the same document"

The ISWordDocument.UpdateBookmarks function may fail with a "Content positions need to belong to the same document" exception. This may not be evident except that the Document script fails, but in the Debug Window this is shown.

Note, this occurs when deleting a bookmark that includes other bookmarks that have been updated or deleted.
