HTML Summary Pages (version 2); Code columns tweaked to prevent them getting wider if possible

The HTML Summary Page String Builder object (finHtmlSummaryPage2StringBuilder) has been updated so that any data tables containing only fixed width columns will only attempt to apply a column width for very narrow columns such as Icon columns.

This ensures that tables containing only fixed width columns, e.g., the built-in Client Key Details, Accounts table will attempt to NOT expand the width of code columns such as the Account Id column.

This tweak has been made since future versions of finPOWER Connect Summary Pages may introduce a more button-like styles for hyperlinks in code columns which do not look visually appealing if they are too wide.
